General Warranty Terms
This warranty is valid from the date of the original purchase and is applicable only to the original purchaser. It does not extend to products purchased from unauthorized resellers. Valid proof of purchase is required to process all warranty claims. The warranty covers failures due to manufacturing defects and materials under normal use, unless otherwise specified on the product packaging or accompanying documentation. Warranty claims must be filed within thirty (30) days of either discovering the defect or when it reasonably should have been discovered. For discontinued products, the warranty expires two (2) years after TUFX discontinues the product’s manufacture.

The warranties outlined in this document are specifically applicable to products purchased in North America. For products acquired outside of North America, the standard product warranty provided by your local TUFX distributor will apply.
Disclaimer
TUFX’s sole obligation under this warranty is the repair or replacement of parts without charge. The decision to repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of TUFX. Incidental costs such as removal, installation, or shipping are not covered under this warranty.
Limitation of Damages
TUFX shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of the product or its malfunction.
